Friab is looking for a new colleague as an accounting and payroll assistant at our head office in Helsingborg. You will work closely with other colleagues in the finance department and also have ongoing contact with managers and employees from our various operations.

About the position

The position is a broad role where you will work with:

- Payroll calculation and payroll processing

- Producing salary statistics and performing quality controls of payroll data

- Issuing employer certificates

- Contact with authorities and external parties

- Handling customer and supplier invoices

The position also includes other administrative tasks in the finance department, such as receipt management, reconciliation of travel logs, administration of certain property issues, mail, switchboard, coordination of IT and telephony, internal communication, and social media. Since we are a growing and constantly changing group, the position and tasks may vary over time.

About you

We are looking for someone who is experienced in payroll administration for both salaried and hourly employees. You have relevant education in finance/payroll/human resources and experience from similar tasks. Experience working in Crona Lön, the Business Central accounting system, and Excel is an advantage.

The role requires you to be meticulous, have a high sense of service, and be solution-oriented. You are a positive team player who finds it easy to collaborate with others while being able to organize and structure your own workflow to meet your deadlines.

To succeed in the role, you need good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken. It is important to be pedagogical and able to explain and answer questions regarding the payroll process for employees in the organization in a simple manner.

You will be part of our finance team consisting of four other people and report to finance manager Camilla Olsson.

The position is a permanent employment at 80% with a start date as soon as possible.
