About the Role
As a customer service representative at Victoriahem, you will gain unique insights into the real estate industry and become a central part of our customer service team, where we always put our tenants first!
You will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our tenants. With the phone and email as your primary tools, you will ensure that every customer receives fast, professional, and high-quality service. You are skilled at handling various types of inquiries and challenges with a solution-oriented and efficient approach.
We expect you to be flexible and also able to work in the leasing support team, where you actively call new customers who have expressed interest in being contacted, with the goal of building trust and stimulating leasing. You will handle both incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quick and personal contact with potential tenants.
You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration and a service mindset permeate our daily work. Together with your colleagues, you will work in an open and modern office environment, where we always strive to provide the best possible service to our tenants.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Help customers resolve various issues via phone and email
- Handle maintenance reports and ensure smooth processing of cases
- Perform administrative tasks related to property management
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction through professional and service-oriented interaction
This is a consulting assignment via Adecco with an immediate start. Working hours are flexibly scheduled Monday through Sunday, and you will work on an as-needed basis.
About You
We are looking for someone who is driven, goal-oriented, service-minded, and seeking long-term part-time work. You must be able to work at least two days a week and be available to work full-time during Christmas and summer.
To succeed in this role, you need good communication skills, be solution-focused, and unpretentious. As a person, you are attentive and accommodating with an eye for detail that makes a difference to the customer's experience. Studying a real estate-related program is an asset.
We see that you have the ability to build relationships and create trust – both with our tenants and your colleagues!
Key Requirements
- You have work experience in customer service or sales via telephone
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- You are a student or have another main occupation of at least 50%
- You have at least three semesters remaining in your current education
