Sales Representative, Après Group

💰 25,000-35,000 SEK/month + up to 8,000 SEK/month in bonuses

About the Company

Après Group is behind two brands in the nicotine pouch market: Après and KUMA. They have built a national retail network in Sweden and plan several launches and growth initiatives in 2026. A family culture with high ceilings, but with aggressive goals and a fast pace.

The Role

You will replace a salesperson who has taken on a new position internally. The district covers Skåne and Småland. Your day-to-day work is primarily independent fieldwork: visiting existing stores, opening new relationships, strengthening brand awareness for Après and KUMA among retailers. You make your own assessments of what is best for each local store, which campaigns fit, and how you prioritize your time.

You report to the Field Sales Manager and have daily dialogue. It is not micromanagement; it is a sounding board and alignment. The tasks are stable week by week; this is not a role where priorities shift every day. You know what you need to do. The question is how well you do it.

In the first 30 days, you will receive structured onboarding and support to get familiar with the products, district, and working methods. Realistically, you will be fully productive after two to three months.

⚠️ This is not for everyone

The goals are clear and measurable. Every week, every month. When it gets tough, the best salespeople here do two things: they collaborate with colleagues to find solutions, and they grit their teeth and keep pursuing. If clear performance requirements and follow-ups feel uncomfortable rather than motivating, this is the wrong role.

You need to have:

✓ Fluent Swedish in speech, basic in writing

✓ B driver's license

✓ Experience in sales and relationship building

✓ Ability to plan and structure your own work

✓ Drive to chase new goals, week after week

Preferred:

• Experience from retail or field sales
• Experience from FMCG or similar distribution-intensive industries
• Existing network among retailers in Skåne or Småland

What you get

25,000-35,000 SEK/month in base salary, plus up to 8,000 SEK/month in bonuses. Opportunity to grow within the company.
