About the AssignmentYou will step into an assignment in a socially important organization where social sustainability is a central part of procurement, contracts, and follow-up. Here you will combine project management, coordination, and expertise in CSR and ESG to strengthen the work with social requirements in procurements and contracts.
You will work independently and serve as an important support to purchasers and operations. The focus is on developing and anchoring working methods in areas such as labor law, working environment, accessibility, gender equality, children's rights, and anti-discrimination. You will also contribute to development projects and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Drive and develop the work with social requirements and contractual terms in procurements and contracts.
- Support purchasers and operations in issues related to social sustainability.
- Develop labor law conditions for various industries based on applicable collective agreements.
- Investigate issues related to shared responsibility for the working environment.
- Follow up on requirements related to social sustainability in existing contracts.
- Develop, implement, and manage routines, templates, and processes for procurement and follow-up.
- Collaborate with authorities, trade unions, and civil society.
- Participate in and contribute to various development projects.
- You have experience working with CSR and/or ESG.
- You have several years of work experience in roles that involve independent work, such as developing and implementing contractual terms, processes, and working methods and/or project management.
- You have a university degree of at least 180 credits with a relevant focus for the role.
- You communicate very well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
- You are used to working independently and collaborating with many contact points in a complex organization.
- Education in law, particularly with a focus on contract law, labor law, human rights, or social issues.
- Experience in contract law or in writing and interpreting contractual terms.
- Knowledge of LOU.
- Experience in audits related to labor law conditions, working environment, or sustainable supply chains.
- Experience in project and/or process management.
- Good knowledge of working environment issues and documented knowledge of various authorities' responsibilities and missions.
- Permanent employment at Avaron AB
- Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above)
- Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
