Do you want to use data to create real business value and contribute to business development? Are you passionate about customer relationships, business development, and being an advisory partner – not just a supplier? Then this is the role for you!

About the position

As an analyst at Parlametric, you play a key role in helping our clients understand and act on insights from complex data sets. In addition to processing and analyzing data, you take an active role in building strong customer relationships, participating in client meetings, and serving as an advisory conversation partner. You are equally comfortable interpreting statistics and communicating insights and recommendations to both leaders and employees at our clients.

Examples of tasks:

• Independently plan, analyze, and interpret data from multiple channels using our AI platform

• Transform analysis results into inspiring, customized reports and visualizations

• Present insights and recommendations in a pedagogical and engaging manner in dialogue with clients – both in digital meetings and on-site

• Follow up and discuss results with various parts of the client's organization

• Identify and drive improvement proposals both internally and in the client's operations

• Strengthen and develop our customer relationships through proactive dialogue, advice, and ongoing support

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary education in e.g. statistics, computer science, social or behavioral sciences, economics, or a similar relevant field

• Has strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Is confident in holding client meetings and presenting both data and business insights in an inspiring and trustworthy manner

• Is interested in new technology and driven to explain and visualize complex information in an easily understandable way

• Is proactive, responsible, and relationship-building

We offer:

• A key role in a future-oriented company where customer relationships are at the center of the business

• A lot of customer contact and significant responsibility for quality and presentations

• The opportunity to work with the latest tools in language and data analysis

• Direct impact on our clients' business development

• Short decision-making paths, significant influence, and the opportunity to quickly grow in your role

The employment form is permanent with a probationary period of the first 6 months. Occupational pension according to ITP from the age of 25 and wellness benefits are offered.
