We are looking for a technical purchasing coordinator who wants to work in the intersection of technology and purchasing. You will be a key person in analyzing technical documentation, ensuring accurate item data, and supporting the purchasing function in selecting materials and suppliers.

The role involves close collaboration with project managers, designers, and purchasers in a project environment.

• Create and maintain purchasing items in the material catalog

• Ensure that mandatory attributes are registered correctly

• Prepare purchase requests based on needs in systems and other documentation

• Consolidate purchases for cost efficiency

• Support the organization in the work with purchase requests

• Procure materials for projects (including forecast purchases)

• Contribute technical expertise in dialogue with suppliers

• Accurate and complete item data in the system

• Effective and quality-assured purchase requests

• Support to purchasing in technical issues

• Cost-effective material flows in projects

Mandatory Competencies:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of the Office suite

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in spare parts procurement (technology + purchasing)

• Knowledge of different types of materials

• Relevant education

• Experience from technical roles (e.g., engineer)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Structured and meticulous

• High work capacity and good planning skills

• Service-oriented and collaborative

• Technically interested and detail-oriented
