Bilmånsson is a dealer of Volvo, Renault, Dacia, Kia, and Polestar. We currently have about 350 employees and are located in Eslöv, Hörby, Ängelholm, Kristianstad, Ystad, Lund, and soon also in Hässleholm.

About the role

As a Customer Center Employee, you are a key person in the customer journey. You work closely with both sales and service markets and become part of a dynamic team that collaborates across our facilities in Ängelholm, Eslöv, Kristianstad, and Ystad. In this role, you will have a varied everyday life where customer meetings and creative solutions are at the center.

Examples of tasks:

  • Meet customers – both physically and digitally (phone, chat, email)
  • Book damage inspections and provide simple advice
  • Assist customers with connected services
  • Manage car rentals via Hertz
  • Sales of store assortment and spare parts

Working hours and employment form

The employment is a fixed-term position during the period 22/6-16/8. The position is based at our facility in Ängelholm.

Working hours may vary Monday to Friday between 6:45-15:45, 7-16, 8-17.
