Do you have a strong interest in working time issues and are looking for a position where you can contribute to creating benefits and value for the residents of Malmö? The Support Services Administration in Malmö City is now seeking an HR consultant with a focus on working time.

Job Responsibilities

As an HR consultant focusing on working time, you will act as support, specialist, advisor, and developer. The assignment includes the development and follow-up/development of work models based on our core mission with user needs at the center, balanced with working hours for a sustainable working life and a full-time organization. You will support the development of staffing structures in the organization, prepare materials for local collective agreements in the area, and participate in working time projects. You will follow the administration's mission to transition from part-time to full-time organization and coach managers in building a full-time organization.

The assignment is a specialist function and includes the interpretation of laws and agreements while you take on the role of the administration's expert in working time issues. You will work both strategically and operationally, providing support to managers and colleagues in the administration.

All parts of the assignment include operational contacts with the management functions of the organization, consultations with HR colleagues both within and outside the administration, dialogues with union representatives, and participation in various cross-municipal networks. Additionally, it includes monitoring the external environment so that we as an administration can stay at the forefront to capture trends, changes in laws/agreements, research results, and experiences from other municipalities.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree from the PA program or another university/higher education program of at least 180 credits that the employer deems relevant. You have several years of experience in broad and consultative HR work combined with several years of experience in working time issues. Experience in monitoring and developing working time models is an advantage. You have experience in labor law, agreement interpretation, and union negotiations. You are accustomed to processing, analyzing, and presenting statistics.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to have strong collaboration skills and an unpretentious attitude. You are self-driven and take great responsibility for your tasks, able to drive your processes towards set goals. You also need to be structured with good administrative skills and be able to organize and prioritize your activities effectively.

It is beneficial if you are strategic and have a broad perspective on issues, both short and long term. Monitoring the external environment and development is important to us, and therefore we seek someone who is curious and interested in staying updated and has the courage to try new working methods.

We expect you to have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You should have good digital competence and find it easy to adapt to new digital tools and IT systems, and be comfortable with the Office suite.
