About the Position

As a recruitment assistant, you will support national recruiters in their daily work. The tasks are varied, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the important work of matching the right candidate with the right assignment!

Your main tasks will include:

• Creating job advertisements
• Screening applications and searching for candidates
• Conducting phone interviews and in-person interviews
• Reference checks
• Providing administrative support in the recruitment process

The position of recruitment assistant is a part-time consultancy based in Malmö. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. We expect you to be able to work two full days a week and be available to work during the summer. The desired start date is negotiable.

About You

We believe you are studying to become an HR professional and have at least 1.5 years left in your studies. Previous experience in administrative work or service is an advantage, and you are comfortable using both phone and computer as your primary work tools. You thrive in a role where you can interact with many different people and have a genuine interest in the recruitment industry. You are eager to learn more about all parts of the recruitment process and how it contributes to finding the right person for the right assignment.

Requirements for the position:

• Fluent in English and Swedish
• You are studying HR at least 50%
• You have at least 1.5 years left in your studies
• Previous work experience in recruitment is an advantage
