Temporary Unit Administrator Wanted

One of our unit administrators is taking on a new assignment, and we are therefore looking for a substitute with a strong sense of service and excellent administrative skills!

About the Role and Your Responsibilities

As a unit administrator in the 18-24 unit, you will work in several administrative areas, including finance and personnel.

The financial administration includes handling invoices, account postings, purchases, and orders via the financial system Raindance. In personnel administration, you will be responsible for checking and approving employee registrations, ordering new hires, and creating schedules in the HR system Personec P.

The role also includes other administrative tasks such as managing mail and archiving, writing minutes, handling various types of mailings, and may also involve preparing various types of documentation for statistics and follow-up.

Your duties will include liaising with the municipality's Payroll Service regarding ongoing matters. You will also be part of a network with other unit administrators, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and create common working methods together with your colleagues.

We Are Looking For You

We are looking for someone who has completed a high school education with a focus on economics. To succeed in this role, you need prior experience in administrative work, preferably within public services. You thrive in independent work and are structured in your approach. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and feel comfortable with digital tools; experience with our systems Raindance and Personec P is a plus. To succeed in your role, it is important that you are relationship-building, service-oriented, and flexible, and you thrive in a sometimes fast-paced work environment. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
