About the position

As a finance assistant with us, you will play a central role in ensuring quality in our financial management and follow-up of business activities. The emphasis is on finance, invoicing, and follow-up, as well as calculating payroll data.

You will work closely with both customers and our sales organization, where you are an important link to ensure correct invoicing and follow-up in our systems.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work with:

  • Invoicing and handling in internal systems
  • Follow-up of business activities and agreements
  • Calculation and compilation of payroll data
  • Ongoing customer contact and support
  • Close collaboration with salespeople regarding invoicing and business flows
  • Accounts receivable, payments, and reminder handling
  • Simpler bookkeeping and ongoing reconciliations
  • Administration and quality assurance of financial data

We are looking for someone who

Is meticulous, structured, and has a strong financial focus. You enjoy working closely with the business and have a good understanding of how finance, customer relationships, and sales are interconnected.

You are service-oriented, communicative, and feel comfortable in a role with a lot of customer contact. At the same time, you are self-driven, take responsibility, and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

We see that you have:

  • Experience in invoicing, customer support, and business follow-up
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and simpler reconciliations
  • Experience working in financial systems
  • Good computer skills and very good knowledge of Excel

It is a plus if you have experience with:

  • CRM systems (especially SuperOffice)
  • Fortnox
  • Working in organizations with a close connection between sales and finance
