Now you have the opportunity to be part of the team supporting one of the Nordic region's most well-known airlines and helping their customers with everything related to their travels.
About the role & responsibilities
As a customer advisor, you will provide first-class service to leisure travelers who contact us via phone and email. You will handle incoming cases where you guide customers through their entire travel experience – from booking tickets to assisting with changes or questions before the trip.
You will, among other things:
- Provide information about flights, prices, products, and travel conditions
- Book tickets and handle payments (credit cards, vouchers, bonus points)
- Assist customers with changes to trips, name adjustments, and special services
- Support during delays, schedule changes, and cancellations
- Perform simpler rebookings and refunds
- Provide support regarding loyalty programs and member profiles
- Work in systems such as Amadeus, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect
- Contribute to upselling through relevant recommendations (e.g., baggage, meals, transport)
The work is varied and at times fast-paced – no day is the same!
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and wants to provide a truly great customer experience – even when the pace is high and situations change quickly.
You are:
- A confident communicator in Danish (C1) and English (B2)
- A good listener with the ability to take initiative and solve problems
- Positive, energetic, and professional in your approach
- Stress-resistant and flexible in the face of change
- Technically savvy and accustomed to navigating digital tools
- Detail-oriented and structured in your work style
You also have:
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Good computer skills
- The ability to work on-site in Helsingborg
- At least one approved reference and the ability to undergo a background check and language test

- Full-time employment with varying working hours (open every day 07:00–19:15 / weekends 09:00–18:15)
