Motorsweden, part of North European Trust AB, is looking for an employee with automotive knowledge where the primary task is to provide technical support primarily to workshops but also to private individuals.

You will be part of their inside sales and customer service team, where the goal is to offer customers the best possible service and support while maintaining and developing business. Main Responsibilities:

• Handles and supports Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish workshops via phone and email regarding primarily automotive technical questions.

• Handles inquiries regarding pricing, information, ordering, sales, warranty, and complaint matters.

• You are primarily support to workshops.

Other tasks may also occur.

You have solid knowledge of vehicles and become an important link between the customer and the company. Since North European Trust AB primarily deals with light vehicles and parts for these, it is important that you have a good understanding of technology and mechanics to quickly and easily assist customers in the best way.

• You can express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

• Knowledge of vehicles and practical experience working with vehicles.

• Understanding of the technical/mechanical structure of the products Motorsweden works with.

• Experience in customer service or similar.

• If you speak additional languages besides Swedish and English.

Working Hours: Primarily 08:00 - 16:30 on weekdays and one Saturday per month.
