PropTech Energy is a group of nine innovative and expanding companies consisting of Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS drift och underhåll, JFK, and KEAB. The companies offer comprehensive solutions for properties, with specialized expertise in various areas. We take responsibility for the whole or assist with individual point interventions, entirely based on the customer's needs. We are present in about 30 locations across the country and have a total of approximately 700 employees.

Job Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with some of the company's most important customers. The role involves close collaboration with customers, colleagues, and other internal functions to ensure high quality in delivery, strengthen customer satisfaction, and create long-term sustainable business relationships. You will work strategically and commercially to develop both existing and new customer relationships through contract negotiations, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities. The work is characterized by a clear focus on customer benefit, business acumen, and results.
In the role of Key Account Manager, you will, among other things:
- be responsible for the relationship with assigned key customers
- develop and follow up on business together with the customer
- drive and follow up on sales against set goals and budget
- coordinate internal resources to ensure delivery according to agreements
- identify development opportunities, upselling, and new business with existing customers
- participate in tenders, contract negotiations, and business dialogues
Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes
- High school education
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Theoretical education in, for example, economics/sales or equivalent work experience
- Good system skills
- Good knowledge of Office
- Driving license B
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and good at planning and prioritizing your work. You have good communication skills and a professional manner in customer contacts where long-term trust is established. You are collaborative and contribute to a good working atmosphere both internally and externally. The role requires a drive to develop business and a strong interest in the development and improvement of operations.
