We are looking for a coaching leader with extensive experience in leadership issues, group development, and conflict management. The assignment takes place in a municipal care and social services operation and is aimed at first-line managers with a shared mission and shared resources. The focus is on strengthening collaboration in the management groups and contributing to increased psychological safety in daily work.

• Lead process coaching for two management groups.
• Conduct individual mapping in one of the management groups.
• Hold individual startup conversations as well as analysis and preparation for coaching.
• Offer individual coaching as needed in dialogue with the client.
• Support managers in issues related to collaboration, group development, and conflicts in daily work.
• Contribute to a safe and constructive collaborative climate among managerial colleagues.

• Experience in coaching leaders in municipal care and social services.
• Experience in process coaching or conflict coaching for both groups and individuals.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

• Experience in coaching within corresponding municipal care and social services.
