You will support a municipal operation within the labor market and social services sector in a qualified analysis work related to governance and management. The assignment focuses on measuring cost per user within various interventions and comparing the results with other municipalities that use the same method.

The work includes analysis of data, personnel resources, and case volumes to create a clear basis regarding costs, productivity, and economic efficiency. The result should provide the organization with concrete insights and recommendations for further development. The analysis will be conducted in the client's established environment for data management with access to relevant datasets.

• Measure cost per user or client within the organization's various interventions.
• Analyze personnel resources in relation to the number of cases, both assessed assistance and open interventions, down to the section level.
• Compare cost structure, productivity, and economic efficiency with corresponding operations in other municipalities that use the same method.
• Prepare reports with analyses, conclusions, and suggestions for further actions.
• Present results and recommendations verbally and in writing to the organization and management.
• Transfer statistics and compiled calculations to the organization.
• Have ongoing check-ins with key individuals to ensure quality and relevant distribution keys.
• Contribute with statistical and analytical support so that the organization can work independently with the material in the long term.

• At least 10 years of experience in performing equivalent assignments in both public and private sectors.
• Documented experience with the cost per user analysis model.
• Experience with assignments within municipal operations.
• Ability to conduct analyses using statistics and relevant data.
• Ability to work in the client's established environment for data management.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
