About the Role and Your Responsibilities

Lund has a strong association life that is constantly evolving.

The Unit for Sports and Association Development works to help more residents of Lund find community and health through sports, movement, and association life. We do this, among other things, by financially supporting associations and engaging in dialogue, facilitating the booking of the municipality's facilities, and working with needs analyses and the development of new sports facilities.

We are now looking for a sports and association developer with a strong commitment to the development of sports, associations, and contributing to an active leisure for the residents of Lund. In the role of sports and association developer, you will, among other things, drive development work, work with analyses and follow-ups, set requirements for new sports facilities, and work with seasonal planning. In this role, you will have close contact with the association life and our operations organization. You will also follow the developments occurring in sports and associations nationally and in other municipalities.

We Are Looking For You

We are looking for someone who:

• has a university degree in a relevant field for the position or equivalent that the employer deems relevant
• has knowledge of and experience with association life and specifically the conditions of sports associations
• has experience working with or within sports associations
• has several years of experience working in a development-oriented and analytical manner
• is structured
• is communicative and attentive to different interests

We consider it an advantage to have:

• experience working in public operations
• experience in financial administration
• experience with the grant and booking system Rbok

Great emphasis will also be placed on personal qualities. You are self-driven and accustomed to taking overall responsibility. You find it easy to plan and work in a structured manner. The ability to create good relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, is a prerequisite for succeeding in the role.
