About the workplace

We are looking for a professional recruitment consultant for our colleague who will be on study leave. You will be an important team member in our recruitment team, which is part of the unit for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding - in our brand new HR organization.

Our office is located near the sea in the newly renovated Hamilton House on Drottninggatan.

Job responsibilities

You will work in a consulting role where you are a partner in all or part of our managers' recruitment processes. Your tasks will include; ad design and publication, selection, scheduling and conducting interviews, and reference checks.

You will work independently with great responsibility and take your own initiatives, while collaborating closely with your immediate colleagues. Together, you will support the approximately 100 unit managers in the care and social services department in recruiting operational staff.

Qualifications

You have a bachelor's degree in human resources or labor relations or another academic degree that the employer deems equivalent. You should have experience working with competency-based recruitment methods and have worked in a consulting role regarding recruitment issues.

Your ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, needs to be very good, and you should be accustomed to working with digital tools.

Experience working with ReachMee, Refapp, or Recright is a merit.

Your personal qualities are important to us

Your ability to collaborate with colleagues and to be responsive to the recruiting manager is well developed. You also need to have the ability to confidently discuss and guide the recruiting manager in various recruitment processes. Since the work involves independently driving recruitment processes forward, it is crucial that you are self-motivated and responsible.

The position is a temporary one until February 28, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
