We are now looking for a receptionist with responsibility for padel at Nordic Wellness Lomma. Are you a service-oriented and engaged person who wants to help develop our padel operations? As a receptionist with responsibility for padel, you play a key role in creating a positive and inspiring environment at the facility. You are the face of the club for both members and visitors and ensure that the club and padel hall always maintain the highest quality.

Your tasks include:

• Welcoming and assisting members and guests

• Creating a clean, fresh, and pleasant environment at the facility

• Managing the sale of memberships and products

• Administering the booking system for padel, including Matchi

• Planning and executing activities such as tournaments and events

• Maintaining active contact with clubs, schools, and companies to develop the padel operations

• Responsible for regular updates of the hall's social media

• Following up on goals and budgets related to the padel operations

The work is varied and requires you to be self-driven, flexible, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Is 18 years or older ✔ Has an interest in padel and training ✔ Is flexible and can work during the day, evenings, and weekends ✔ Is self-driven, takes initiative, and sees what needs to be done ✔ Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written ✔ Is service-oriented and has a positive attitude

Previous experience in sales or service is an advantage. Experience in administrative work or event planning is also a plus, but not a requirement – the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to develop!
