Your tasks

You will work with ongoing finance and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow into the role. Your main tasks are as follows:

• Manage and register supplier and customer invoices.
• Handle ongoing bookkeeping and follow up on incoming and outgoing payments.
• Conduct account reconciliations and ensure that documentation is accurate.
• Prepare and compile documentation for VAT reporting.
• Support in other financial administration and internal reporting.

Good to know

Your workplace is at the Nordic United Coatings office in Helsingborg where you collaborate with colleagues in various functions. You will work regular office hours, approximately 8-5, with the possibility of flexible hours.

You will be employed by TNG and hired as a consultant to Nordic United Coatings. The assignment is initially for 6 months with a good possibility of extension or employment at Nordic United Coatings after the hired period.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with experience as a finance assistant and who feels confident in basic bookkeeping and financial administration. You have worked with accounts payable and receivable, simpler reconciliations, and have an understanding of VAT. This is an operational and administrative role where you work closely with the operations and receive support in more complex issues.

If you have experience in payroll administration and order management, it is a plus. Experience with HRM Flex and the accounting software Fortnox is also desirable. If you have also worked in a manufacturing company or in a production-related environment, we see that as an advantage.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have a desire to learn new things. You are responsible and enjoy working independently in your daily tasks. At the same time, you appreciate collaboration and contribute to the open and family-like culture of the company.
