As a Service Coordinator at Veidekke, you will be a key person within the warranty and service department. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating warranty cases, and ensuring that all commitments are fulfilled according to applicable laws and agreements during the building's warranty period. The role involves a balance between administrative tasks, customer contact, and participation in inspections.

Job responsibilities
The role involves managing and coordinating warranty cases for newly built projects, from the first customer contact to follow-up after inspections. You will act as a link between customers, production, and subcontractors, focusing on solving problems and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Case and system responsibility: Daily registration, responsibility assessment, and management of the case management system.
- Contract compliance: Ensure progress and monitor that all complaint actions are completed within the framework of applicable customer agreements.
- External communication: Act as the primary contact point for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Project support & Coordination: Support project managers with coordinating service visits, inspections, and follow-up of work orders.
- Meeting management: Participate in project kick-offs and lead ongoing review meetings with customers as needed.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a post-secondary education in a relevant field for the position
- Has the ability to individually structure and plan work
- Has good knowledge of Office 365
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Holds a B driver's license
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in customer service within the construction or real estate industry
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of case management systems
