Procurement Lawyer at Skånes Kommuner

The procurement lawyer we are looking for plays a central and important role in Skånes Kommuner's development journey. You will work with legal issues and procurements of great strategic importance for the municipalities in Skåne. One of the most important tasks is to ensure the member municipalities' needs for social services. Skånes Kommuner is intensively working to develop the procurement and follow-up model to combat welfare crime, and you will be an important part of this development work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a procurement lawyer, you will divide your time between handling procurement legal issues and conducting procurements. You will be responsible for:

• procurement legal and other legal issues that may arise at Skånes Kommuner
• developing agreements and working methods with colleagues to prevent welfare crime and promote fair competition
• driving your own large complex procurements and managing contracts in close collaboration with stakeholders at Skånes Kommuner and member municipalities

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in law. You have good knowledge of procurement legislation and preferably experience working with procurement in the public sector. Alternatively, you have several years of experience as a corporate lawyer or in other legal areas. You have excellent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good general IT skills.

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience in complex service procurement, preferably within social services
• experience in IT procurement
• good knowledge of contract law
• good knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation
• experience in developing requirements and follow-up methods to prevent economic and welfare crime or similar issues.
