E-commerce Super User

At Lantmännen Lantbruk, you will play a central role in our efforts to develop and support our e-commerce. We are now looking for an E-commerce Super User who wants to work closely with the business in a role with many contact points, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to influence how we work with digital sales to our customers. The role suits you who thrive in a coordinating function where you can combine system knowledge with collaboration and problem-solving in everyday life.

You will belong to the team of Resellers, E-commerce, and Sales Support and report to the Head of Resellers, E-commerce, and Sales Support. The position is based at our office in Malmö. The position is a temporary contract from June 2026 to August 2027.

Your Responsibilities

You will coordinate and drive activities that help our product areas achieve their business goals within e-commerce. In close collaboration with product managers, the sales organization, and other internal functions, you will ensure that processes are interconnected, priorities are clear, and that we are moving in the right direction. Additionally, regular administrative tasks will be included.

You are responsible for ensuring that our e-commerce and PIM function stably and efficiently. This means you manage the systems, monitor functionality, handle error reports, and follow up on cases. Together with product owners and development teams, you will also work on continuous development based on our strategic plan.

A key part of the role is to ensure the quality of campaign and product information in Magento and Inriver and to provide support when something does not work correctly. You will closely collaborate with marketing communication and back office to keep the information accurate and updated, and you will help both colleagues and customers resolve inquiries quickly and smoothly.

What You Need to Succeed and Thrive

You have:

• Good knowledge of Excel and are accustomed to working in the MS Office suite
• Experience working in a coordinating role with many contact points
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Preferably experience with administrative systems or business systems
• Experience with M3, Inriver, Magento is a merit but not a requirement
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
