The Position

We are currently looking for two part-time administrators/accounting assistants who want to contribute to the development of our operations. You will work within our financial management department and both in the department of financial management and our Backoffice department.

As an administrator/accounting assistant, you will primarily work with collection issues, invoices, pledges, transfer agreements, subletting, payment methods, and other exciting projects. In this role, you will also have some customer contact and be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for incoming emails covering everything from questions regarding financial management to rental and other inquiries. This may include: invoice questions, questions regarding the sale of properties, and renting storage units, etc.

The work involves both independent tasks and close collaboration with your colleagues in the department, where your ability to cooperate and contribute to a positive work environment will be highly valued.

  • Invoice processing

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in administration, customer service, collections, and/or finance-related roles
  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Has good computer skills; previous experience with Excel is considered an advantage
  • Enjoys working in a team but can work independently
  • Post-secondary education is an advantage, preferably in finance or property management

It is considered an advantage if you have knowledge of housing associations, contract law, and rental law. Previous experience with the Vitec system is also an advantage.

Additional Information

  • Location: Malmö (hybrid partially possible).
  • Scope: Special fixed-term employment (part-time). Full-time during the summer.
  • Start: By agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
