Finance Assistant Needed for Consulting Assignment

We are currently looking for a meticulous and self-driven finance assistant for a consulting assignment with a client just outside Helsingborg. The assignment is approximately 50% and is suitable for those who want to work part-time in a structured role focusing on accounts payable.

The role is a response to an increased workload within the finance department, where you will become an important part of the daily financial operations.

About the Position

In this role, you will work closely with the finance department and be responsible for parts of the accounts payable. The work involves both ongoing management and follow-up of financial flows, where structure, accuracy, and accountability are crucial.

The position can be performed partially remotely, but some on-site presence is required.

Your Main Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Handling and coding of supplier invoices
  • Matching against purchase orders
  • Follow-up of approval flows
  • Execution of payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Contact with suppliers
  • Updating and structuring the supplier register

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in accounts payable or similar financial administrative tasks. You are meticulous, structured, and have a strong drive in your work.

You thrive in a role where you take responsibility for your tasks and work independently, while also having good collaboration skills and communicating clearly with both colleagues and external parties.
