The Municipal Executive Administration leads, develops, and supports the municipality's total organization and operations based on applicable legislation and guidelines. Within our departments, we work with finance, HR, communication, citizen services, as well as planning and growth. The Workplace

Trelleborg Municipality has a centralized HR and payroll organization where the entire HR function is gathered in common premises in the center with good communication opportunities.

The department consists of two units, HR and Payroll and Compensation, which together provide support for the municipality's seven administrations. The assignment includes both employer and employee issues, including competence supply, recruitment, labor law, salary, working environment, rehabilitation, active measures, and transition.

The HR unit consists of eleven HR consultants, one HR controller, one HR administrator, two management strategists, and one HR manager. One of our colleagues has chosen to move on to new challenges, so we are now looking for an HR consultant who wants to join our organization and contribute to the continued development of our HR work.

Job Responsibilities

As an HR consultant with us, you will be offered a qualified and varied assignment where you work both strategically and operationally. The role involves providing support to the municipality's managers within a broad spectrum of HR issues, such as transition, competence supply, working environment, as well as rehabilitation and health. You will be directed as support towards one or more of our administrations. You will also belong to our working environment team and engage in close collaboration with other colleagues in the unit. The working environment team conducts an overall survey and follow-up of the systematic work environment efforts annually, and the goal is to create a sustainable and attractive work environment. You will also train managers, union representatives, and safety representatives.

The HR unit is in a development phase where new working methods are being established, and you will play an important role in this work. The position involves extensive contacts with managers, colleagues, and union parties, and you will have the opportunity to participate in and drive development initiatives, projects, and processes. The assignment is based on continuous learning, environmental monitoring, networking, and close collaboration within the unit.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR/PA of at least 180 credits.

You need to have at least three years of experience in HR work, so you are well acquainted with the classic HR processes. We prefer that you have experience of broad and operationally close HR work, preferably in areas such as working environment, labor law, competence supply, and rehabilitation. Experience of working in the public sector is an advantage. Experience in development and change work is desirable.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to work both independently and in close collaboration with others. You should have a good ability to structure, analyze, and prioritize your work and have a solution-oriented approach. We use Swedish as the working language, so it is important that you can express yourself nuanced in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You also adapt your communication according to the recipient and situation.

You need to have knowledge of working according to a digitized working method.

Personal qualities such as flexibility, integrity, and the ability to create trust are of great importance. If you have experience working with union time and the structure around it, it is advantageous. With good judgment, you make well-founded assessments, even in complex situations, and act professionally in both advisory and operational contexts.

You are driven to provide professional HR support to the organization's managers. You enjoy working together with others as well as working independently. You are curious, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges with energy and commitment. As a person, you are unpretentious and thrive in a daily routine where the pace can vary and planning needs to be adjusted quickly.
