As a Recruitment Consultant and consultant manager at TNG, you have an independent role where you drive your own processes from business to hired candidate. At the same time, you work closely with your colleagues and are part of an engaged team with good cohesion and a lot of laughter.

You report to the regional manager for South and West. TNG offers a hybrid workplace, and when we meet at the office, we are based in centrally located and beautiful premises at Highcourt (co-working) at Stortorget in Malmö.

Your tasks

As a Recruitment Consultant and consultant manager, you are a key person for us to continue delivering good results to our clients by finding the right competencies for them.

Your main tasks are:

• Sales and processing of existing and new clients.
• Drive your own recruitment processes within recruitment, consulting, and interim positions, from start to placement and follow-up.
• Search in various forums such as LinkedIn.
• Develop your network and create long-term and good relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage and prioritize your time optimally to achieve the best results.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with an academic degree and at least three years of current and continuous experience as a recruitment consultant. You are used to taking significant personal responsibility and are expected to deliver from the start, without a lengthy introduction.

You have solid experience in independently managing entire recruitment processes, from requirement profiles to placement. You work effortlessly and independently with search, proactively identifying, attracting, and contacting relevant candidates. You have experience working towards your own business or revenue goals and are used to driving your assignments with a clear results focus. Certification in psychological testing is an advantage.

With a clear business and results focus, you take responsibility for your assignments and drive them independently forward with high quality. You have a good ability to identify and develop business opportunities. You are a trustworthy relationship builder who creates long-term collaborations with both clients and candidates.

You have a strong, current, and relevant network within the industry that you actively use in your daily work to create business and achieve results. You have a good ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
