Quality Coordinator at P 7

P 7 is now looking for an engaged Quality Coordinator who, together with the unit leadership and other staff, can develop and support both managers and operations.
About the Role of Quality Coordinator
As this role is new at the regiment, you will have great freedom to shape working methods, routines, and processes. As a Quality Coordinator, you will work operationally with corrective actions, making it perfect for you who enjoy switching between analysis, routines, and practical work.
The work involves ensuring that the regular operations comply with legal requirements and ensuring a functioning and ongoing systematic quality work. As a Quality Coordinator, you are also tasked with conducting development work in line with the authority's set goals. In your work, you will collaborate with both external actors and internally within the organization.
About the Regiment Staff
As a Quality Coordinator, you will belong to the regiment staff as a staff member, which requires participation in preparation or working groups as an expert in your function. The regiment staff operates across all areas of work, and your role will become a key role in further developing the staff's capability. The operations at the regiment are event-driven and often unpredictable with many contact surfaces, which means being able to navigate and balance different interests both within and outside the operations.
Main Responsibilities
As a Quality Coordinator, your tasks will span the entire breadth of the regiment. You will, among other things:
- Conduct audits and controls across the entire breadth of the regiment
- Be responsible for the audit of the aviation safety system
- Lead and coordinate Internal Control and Management (ISK)
- Lead and maintain work within the area of irregularities
- Support the unit commander with legal responsibility issues
- Be responsible for handling release cases
We also see that in the role you will:
- Support units in risk analyses, deviations, self-checks, and improvement work
- Coordinate Management's review
- Be the coordinator for governing documents, agreements, and contracts
- Compile and report monthly
- Support the Regiment Management and Regiment Staff in administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience from previous work with audit work or quality controls and quality work
- Academic degree of at least 180 credits in a relevant educational area that the employer deems appropriate for the position.
- Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
- Experience in process and operational development
- Experience from previous work within public operations
- Experience working with ISO or other standards
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

The Southern Skåne Regiment is also called P 7. P stands for armor as the regiment primarily uses armored vehicles. We conduct military basic training for conscripts in ground combat, mechanized, and motorized combat with support from our main vehicles, which are: tank 122, combat vehicle 9040C, and armored terrain vehicle 360.
P 7 has full-time and part-time staff serving in their various positions nationally and internationally.
