As a recruitment assistant, you will support our team that works with office staff in customer service, administration, IT, and finance. Your main tasks will include:

• Designing job advertisements
• CV screening and selection
• Phone screenings and scheduling interviews
• Administration regarding candidates and scheduling
• Conducting interviews
• Searching for candidates on LinkedIn
• Various administrative tasks related to the recruitment process

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You need to be able to work at least 16 hours per week, with the possibility of both full days and half days based on our needs and your availability. The work will be performed both from our office in central Malmö. The position is intended to be filled during March/April to continue through the semesters and summer. We are looking for someone who is available to work during the summer and over the Christmas break. 

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants a fun, challenging, and developing part-time job. We believe you are studying human resources, behavioral science, service, marketing, or similar. Previous experience in similar work is an advantage but not a requirement.

We would like you to be at the beginning of your education and perhaps become our next star addition when you graduate.
