Responsibilities

In the role of customer service representative with a focus on contract management, you will primarily work with outgoing calls and email contact to customers who have, for example, submitted a moving notice, are switching electricity providers, or have a contract that is nearing its end. The focus of the role is to deliver high customer satisfaction and to be a helping hand in the process of choosing an electricity contract.

As part of the team, you will work with:

• Incoming calls and emails for quotes and cancellations.
• Outgoing calls and emails for customers who have submitted a moving notice, are switching electricity contracts, and contracts that are nearing their end.
• Power of attorney management.
• Case management/Feedback cases.

Who are you?

• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have good computer skills or previous experience with CRM/customer systems.
• You are motivated by goals, maintaining high customer activity, and achieving results.

Meritorious

• You preferably have previous experience in customer service, sales, or equivalent experience.
• You have previous experience with the Office suite.
• You have a strong team spirit and thrive in close collaboration with others.

Training

We want to give you the best possible start with us. Therefore, we begin the employment with a week of internal training in the electricity market. You will also learn more about our services and how we work. The training takes place on-site with full pay.

About the position

Working hours: Weekdays, 07:30-16:30.

Employment conditions: Permanent, 6 months probationary period.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
