House Seller in Skåne

Hem1, with its headquarters and focus in Blekinge, has designed and built unique houses for over 25 years! We build houses with almost endless variation and choice on a turnkey basis. Since the summer of 2025, we have a sales office in Malmö, and after good sales and great interest in our houses in Skåne, we now see it is time to fill a sales position based in Malmö.

To begin with, this role will also be responsible for sales in Blekinge, which means that a couple of travel days there per month should be expected.

At Hem1, we are convinced that the result of the plot's conditions, regarding the detailed plan, the customer's wishes, dreams, and budget gives us the prerequisites to design a uniquely tailored house for each customer.

The process takes a little longer than simply choosing a standard catalog house, but the result is always so much better!

Our skilled architects create, together with our salespeople, designers, and customers, fantastic houses that are truly pleasant to look at, comfortable to live in, and at the same time provide a good investment on the plot.

Job Responsibilities

As a salesperson, the vast majority of your working time will be spent with our prospective customers; you will make a large number of outreach calls each day, conduct at least one needs analysis per week, lead sketch presentations, and not least create and present contract proposals.

Once the deal is agreed upon, it is handed over to our production organization, which takes over customer contact, project manages, designs, plans, and builds the house.

Areas of Responsibility

Achieve a target number of customer relationships created per month.

Achieve a budget for both the number of houses sold and revenue.

Continuously update our CRM tool with all activities per prospective customer and the status of each business opportunity.

Participate in fairs and house showings throughout the year.

What Do We Believe is Required to Succeed?

A burning interest in architecture and design, as well as quite deep knowledge of construction technology in general and more exclusive choices in particular. This combined with a desire and drive to meet customers and create unique houses together with our skilled architects.

We prefer that you have experience in this type of sales from a previous position, preferably from an industry colleague also in the premium segment. Since our customers are primarily private individuals, it often requires meetings in the early evenings or weekends, which is why we apply great flexibility in our working hours. We are a small company and believe in personal meetings with both colleagues and customers, which is why we primarily work in the Malmö office and not from home except in exceptional cases.

We offer a base salary plus commission on each house sold.

Hem1 was founded in 1998 and was privately owned until 2019 when the publicly listed technology group Teqnion acquired 100% of the company. Revenue has followed the economic cycle up and down, and our budget is to sell for approximately 100 million SEK for 2026. Within the group, we are organizationally part of a construction segment together with our sister company Grimstorps Byggkomponenter, which targets the professional market in the form of medium-sized construction firms and residential developers.
