Customer Service Officer

Huhnseal AB develops, designs, and manufactures mechanical shaft seals for the global process industry in sectors such as; pulp and paper, mining and slurry, food and pharmaceuticals, chemicals, oil, and gas. Huhnseal has a turnover of 255 MSE, with 85 employees at the headquarters in Landskrona and 25 employees in Italy, Germany, the USA, China, and India. Since 2008, Huhnseal AB has been part of the Italian group Meccanotecnica Umbra Group with 700 employees globally.

Huhnseal is now looking for an additional Customer Service Officer (CSO) for our site in Landskrona. As a CSO, you will be an important link between customers and Huhnseal's internal organization. Your responsibilities will primarily include:

· Being our customers' first channel/entry point to Huhnseal

· Ensuring that customer needs are resolved optimally by handling incoming inquiries, orders, and complaints

· Taking an active role in the internal network between the company's various departments

· Supporting salespeople with administrative sales support

· Maintaining and updating the ERP system.

We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented person who spreads positive energy, takes initiative, and delivers results in every situation. Furthermore, we see that you are structured, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position. Experience from the manufacturing industry is a requirement, and experience in a global operation is an advantage. We prefer that you have a technical interest and experience in the process industry. You should have worked with an ERP system, possess good knowledge of Office, and master Swedish and English at a business level.

We offer a permanent position with a start date according to agreement.
