Job Responsibilities

As a recruiter in the recruitment and internship unit, you are an important part of the match between the offers of the business community and the job-seeking residents of Trelleborg. Your work includes everything from proactive outreach to employers to working with guiding intervention groups and individual conversations with job seekers. We work with our applicants in the municipality, which is a broad target group, and many are far from the labor market, and it is these we need to find placements for. The heart of our operations is the meeting with job seekers and the ongoing collaboration with companies, whether it concerns work training, direct recruitment, internships, or CSR.

To enable even more who want and need to enter the workforce, we continue to develop and focus on the matching between job seekers and local and regional employers. With us, you will work together with an experienced team to create and maintain good relationships with employers and together with them find new forms of collaboration that benefit both them and job seekers.

The work requires that you are used to working with business contacts, that you see setting demands and having high expectations as something positive, and that you believe in word and deed in the individual's will and ability to make their own choices and succeed, as well as that there is a place for everyone out there, just with different forms of coaching and support.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong interest and experience in labor market issues and a commitment to support citizens on their way to work. You have experience in similar tasks and are used to organizing your work independently. Experience collaborating with the business community, familiarity with working with business contacts, and good knowledge of the regional labor market are of great importance for the position. Likewise, you are used to and appreciate meeting people in many different situations. If you have an interest in and experience in sales activities directed towards companies, it is strongly meritorious. We also want you to be goal-oriented and used to delivering results.

You have a relevant academic degree or other post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent. Since the position involves company visits and travel, a B driver's license is required.

As the organization is in constant development, the work requires that you are flexible, creative, have the ability to make independent decisions, but also collaborate and enjoy working in a process-driven environment. Being a team player is just as important as being independent in this role. Therefore, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
