Part-time Job as a Bid Coordinator

About the Assignment

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time as a Bid Coordinator with us at Manpower in Malmö. You will work as a consultant, where the assignment mainly involves:

• administration of contracts and bid-related documents
• coordination and support in bidding processes
• review of documents related to procurements
• communication and support to internal contacts
• document management and registration in various systems

The work is flexible - some periods involve a few hours a month, while other times several days. During the summer period, there is a good opportunity for increased working hours.

We are looking for someone who

• is studying or has another main occupation of at least 50%
• is structured, meticulous, and administratively inclined
• is communicative and can switch between different tasks
• is quick to learn new systems
• expresses themselves very well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• has good experience with the Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• experience from the public sector, administration, or coordination
• knowledge of LOU
• studies in law, purchasing, public procurement, or similar
• experience with procurement tools such as TendSign or Mercell

Regardless of previous experience, you will receive an introduction and training.
