JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will work with staffing and administration and staff the social services reception for part of the working hours. You have an important function in supporting the operations and contributing to the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.

Your tasks may include:

• handling orders in our booking system Time Care Pool
• being a support for the operations in our scheduling and booking systems
• contacting operations via phone, email, and chat to ensure staffing needs are met
• staffing the reception at the social services and welcoming visitors at scheduled meetings as well as answering questions
• handling incoming mail and other administrative tasks
• diarizing documents as needed and supporting our administrators in various tasks

The work involves many points of contact and requires that you thrive in a role where service, structure, and collaboration are central.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and has a professional demeanor. You have an easy time collaborating and thrive in a role where the workday can contain several different types of tasks.

You have good computer skills and feel comfortable working in various digital systems. Since a large part of the work takes place in booking and administrative systems, it is important that you can quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and work efficiently in them.

You also have the ability to plan and prioritize your work. In the staffing unit, the pace can vary; some days are quieter while other periods are more intense. Therefore, it is important that you can maintain an overview and work structured even when there is a lot to do.

OTHER

The position encompasses 75-80%. We apply ongoing recruitment, and the advertisement may close earlier than the specified date if our needs are met, so do not wait to submit your application.

The staffing unit is staffed on weekdays without holidays between 06:45-16:00. The work is often most intense in the morning, so it is important that you can start working at 06:45. There is an opportunity to adjust working hours in the afternoons by agreement.
