Responsibilities

For you taking on the role of Consulting Manager, an exciting time awaits where you will be involved in several parts of the company and responsible for several important functions. Initially, you will be responsible for recruitment, staffing, and dialogue with our clients, consultants, and candidates. Furthermore, there is an opportunity to grow within the company, where we view interest in sales and other organizational growth positively.

It would be great if you

• Previously have worked as a recruiter/consulting manager
• Have had personnel responsibility for 20+ people
• Have previously worked towards warehousing, logistics, industry, and/or production
• Hold a B driver's license and have access to a car

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to develop within staffing and recruitment. It is important that you have a genuine interest in people as we work closely with our consultants and have continuous check-ins with them. You do not need to be a data engineer, but it is important that you are digital and willing to develop further in the area. The most important thing for us is that you, like us, are not afraid to test new paths to achieve better results. We see that you are solution-oriented and have a positive basic attitude.
