We are looking for an experienced consultant with a broad background in organizational and leadership development. You are confident in leading training and development initiatives, while having the ability to understand a business, identify needs, and translate them into relevant and precise interventions. This can range from leading leadership programs and working with executive teams to conducting assessments, managing conflicts, or supporting managers in their daily work.

An important part of the role is also the business perspective. You need to enjoy taking your own initiatives, making contact with new clients, and building relationships over time. With us, not all assignments come ready-made – you are actively involved in creating both the assignments and the client relationships, developing them further as your collaborations grow.

With this background, you will become part of continuing to develop our consulting business in Malmö.

The work as an organizational consultant includes, among other things:

• leading and executing consulting assignments – from initial needs analysis to implementation and follow-up

• building, maintaining, and developing long-term client relationships

• working on the sales of assignments, both to new and existing clients

• collaborating with colleagues in Malmö and nationally on various types of assignments

• contributing to the development of our offerings and ways of working over time

Assignments vary but often fall within areas such as leadership development, group and executive team development, executive coaching, conflict management, work environment assessments, work environment, and organizational development.

About us

Kry Företag works to develop individuals and organizations, combining a broad operation in occupational health with a clear focus on organizational and leadership development.

We work based on science and proven experience, with a behavioral psychological foundation, and place great importance on our interventions being relevant in practice and leading to actual change for our clients.

Our organizational consultants are licensed psychologists, and we have close collaboration both locally and nationally where we share experiences. A large part of the assignments are carried out independently with the client, but we also work together on assignments, both in Malmö and nationally.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist or has another relevant university education in a related field. You also have at least five years of experience working with organizational and leadership development.

You have experience of independently driving assignments and feel confident working with training, facilitation, and development initiatives for managers and groups. You also have a good understanding of how to build and develop business relationships over time.

About the position

The location is Malmö (we are centrally located on Kalendegatan) and travel occurs both within Skåne and the rest of Sweden. The position is full-time, and the start date is according to agreement.
