Landskrona Omsorg AB is a municipal company that offers care and nursing homes, health and medical care, home care, and support and services for people with disabilities. The company will operate all municipal care services in Landskrona starting in 2025 and is owned by Landskrona city.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you want to work in a central role where you contribute to structure, coordination, and create quality for employees and customers?
We are now looking for an administrative coordinator within Support Functions with a focus on the scheduling process. The role is a key function with an overarching mission to coordinate and support the work within the scheduling process in the operational area. Support Functions include LSS operations such as group and service housing, daily activities, housing support, and personal assistance. Within each unit, there is a scheduler responsible for the scheduling process locally. In this role, you will work broadly for the area and serve as support and a coordinating function for the schedulers. The position is a combined role where, in addition to the coordination assignment, you also work operationally with scheduling and administrative tasks within personal assistance. You will be part of the Support Functions LSS administration, which consists of a team of administrative roles that provide administrative support to the entire operational area of Support Functions.
The tasks include, among others:
- Coordinate and support the work within the scheduling process and be a support for unit-based schedulers.
- Be the convener for meetings and ensure that information and routines within the scheduling process are communicated and anchored.
- Be responsible for the introduction of new schedulers and contribute to knowledge exchange within the area.
- Contribute to structure, consensus, and quality in the scheduling process.
- As part of the assignment, you will also work operationally within personal assistance with scheduling, time reporting, and other administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainable staffing solutions, has an eye for scheduling planning, and sees the connection between scheduling, work environment, and quality in the operation.
As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and communicative. You have good collaboration skills and find it easy to create trusting relationships within the organization. You have drive and commitment to developing the scheduling process and can adapt your working methods to the needs of the operation. You work in a structured and analytical way from a holistic perspective for the area and contribute to common working methods and quality in the scheduling work.
Requirements for the position:
- High school education.
- Documented experience of working with the scheduling process and scheduling planning within care and nursing.
- Good understanding of working time legislation and collective agreements related to scheduling.
- Good administrative skills and experience working in digital systems.
Meritorious:
- Post-secondary education in administration, HR, staffing, or other education deemed relevant by the employer.
- Experience with Time Care Planning or other scheduling systems.
- Experience in scheduling within LSS operations.
- Experience in coordinating assignments.
