You will have the opportunity to contribute to a larger organization within public administration where leadership development is an important part of the ongoing development journey. The assignment involves training managers in a coaching approach and strengthening their ability to lead through dialogue, reflection, and trust.

The initiative is intended as a strategic step in an ongoing development effort, where the manager's approach is central to creating independence, accountability, motivation, and learning within the organization. The training targets approximately 135 managers and is conducted in groups of 12–18 participants.

The focus is on trust-based leadership with elements such as professional judgment, dialogue and collaboration, learning organizations, and clear goals combined with increased scope for action.

• Plan and design a 3-day training program on coaching approaches for managers.
• Present a clear and well-thought-out implementation plan.
• Conduct training sessions in group format for managers within public administration.
• Work with methods such as questioning, active listening, reflection, and dialogue as alternatives to micromanagement.
• Adapt content and pedagogy to the everyday lives of managers and the organization's development goals.
• Develop written materials and other digital deliveries in accordance with the requirements of the Accessibility Act (DOS) for accessibility and inclusive design.

• Experience in training managers within public administration.
• Strong ability to develop and describe a clear implementation plan for the training.
• Ability to design documents and digital materials according to the Accessibility Act (DOS) requirements.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish.

• Experience in previously training school leaders.

• Permanent employment at Avaron AB
• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
