You will provide executive coaching to a section manager who is relatively new in their role and wants to develop their leadership skills. The assignment is suitable for you if you are experienced in supporting managers in municipal operations and work in a structured, attentive, and development-oriented manner.

The focus is on strengthening self-leadership, increasing self-awareness, and developing strategies that make it easier to convey one's message. You also help create greater agility, clarity, and security in the managerial role. Here, you can use your experience to provide concrete support in an important development journey.

• Coach a section manager in their continued development in the managerial role.
• Support the work on self-leadership and increased self-awareness.
• Help develop strategies to convey messages clearly and effectively.
• Provide tools and perspectives that enhance agility, security, and decisiveness in the role.
• Conduct structured coaching conversations focused on concrete development and sustainable working methods.

• You are a certified or accredited coach.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in municipal operations.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in developing managers.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in personal development work.

• You have a license to use assessment tools to measure personality, such as MBTI.

• Permanent employment at Avaron AB
• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
