Customer Service Representative for Tavex in Malmö

With a strong online store and physical shops in central Stockholm, we are now taking the next step – expanding to Malmö!

We are now looking for talents who share our passion and want to be part of an exciting growth journey. Start date is at the end of March.

Your responsibilities:

• Welcome customers in the store and inform them about our products: investment gold and silver, currency exchange, and money transfers.
• Handle payments (cash and card), issue receipts/invoices, and register transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about prices, promotions, and investment options.
• Continuously work to prevent money laundering and participate in regular training on current laws and regulations.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales.

Who we believe you are:

• You have completed high school and are comfortable working with numbers.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
• You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Teams).
• You are structured, responsible, and service-oriented.

Meritorious:

• Previous work experience in sales, finance, or exchange operations is a plus.
