You will play an important role at the intersection of technology and purchasing. In this assignment, you will analyze technical data, ensure that item data is of high quality in the systems, and support purchasers in selecting the right materials.

You will be part of a project-oriented organization where accurate information, technical understanding, and good collaboration are crucial. The role involves many points of contact and close cooperation with purchasers, technical administrators, project managers, and designers. You will contribute both operationally and advisory, focusing on creating conditions for efficient and purchasable procurement.

• Create new purchasing items in the material catalog.
• Ensure that mandatory attributes are registered correctly so that purchasing items become purchasable.
• Create purchase requests based on needs generated in the system or other material-driven needs assessments.
• Consolidate purchases in a cost-effective manner.
• Support other functions in the work of developing purchase requests as needed.
• Procure materials for projects with long-term deliveries, including forecast purchases.
• Provide technical support to purchasers for questions from suppliers.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Office programs.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Ability to manage a high workload and plan your work independently.
• Good collaboration skills, service orientation, and attention to detail.
• Technical interest and willingness to work meticulously.

• Previous experience in spare parts procurement, both technical aspects and purchasing.
• Knowledge of different types of materials.
• Relevant education.
• Analytical skills.
• Interest in details.
• Relevant work experience, for example as an engineer.

• Permanent employment at Avaron AB
• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
