Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to grow in a customer-facing role and has experience from the service industry, such as retail, reception, or other customer service. The role requires engagement, structure, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements and qualifications:

· Experience in customer service or other service-related professions.

· Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365 and simpler CRM systems).

· Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

· Enjoys phone contact and working in front of a computer.

· Ability to quickly build relationships and trust with customers.

We are looking for someone who is curious, solution-oriented, and wants to understand the whole business. You are self-driven but appreciate collaboration and exchanging ideas with colleagues. What does the role entail?

In the role of customer service representative at our client, you will be an important part of the team. You will work with customer contacts, assist customers with orders and bookings, and provide advice and support. The role is both service-oriented and administrative, giving you a broad understanding of the entire business.

With tasks that include:

· Receiving and handling incoming customer calls.

· Registering and updating customer information in internal systems (CRM and Microsoft 365).

· Supporting the sales organization with administrative tasks.

· Encouraging customers to use digital ordering channels.

· Participating in internal training to understand the entire business.
