Master Data Team Leader

Do you want to combine operational work with leadership while being part of developing a key function in a growing company? We are now looking for a team leader for our master data function.

As the Master Data Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality in our item and price data, as well as leading and developing our master data function. You will work operationally in the systems while driving structure, priorities, and development.

You will be a key person at the interface between purchasing, sales, suppliers, and IT, with a great opportunity to influence how we work with master data moving forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Work

Ensure quality and manage item master data in the business system and webshop
Maintain prices and margins
Ensure data flows from external sources (e.g., GS1/Validoo, Dabas)
Handle price updates and correct discrepancies
Ensure supplier data and certificates

Leadership

Lead, prioritize, and distribute work within the master data function
Support and develop employees in their daily work
Be the contact person for master data issues internally

Development & Improvement

Drive improvement of processes, work methods, and data quality
Identify and implement opportunities for automation
Contribute to the development of system support and structure
Follow up and develop work with relevant key performance indicators

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and Skills

Several years of experience working with master data, item data, or similar
Experience with business systems (preferably SAP or equivalent)
Good knowledge of Excel
Good language skills (Swedish, English, and Danish)
Experience working with process improvements

Preferred:

Experience from the food industry
Experience with integration flows, data platforms, or PIM systems
Experience in leadership or project management
