Account Manager – Helsingborg
Do you want to work to drive business forward in a future industry where sustainability and business go hand in hand? We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven Account Manager to join our team in Helsingborg – a role for you who wants to create customer value, build relationships, and grow together with us.
About the role
As an Account Manager, you will work to solve and develop our customers' recycling needs by selling our recycling and environmental service offerings. You will primarily target medium-sized customers through continuous customer visits and standardized industry offerings, but you will also manage some smaller customers. The role involves approximately 50% new customer acquisition and development of existing customer relationships. You will identify new creative solutions that create development and value for the customer.
You will work with pricing, prospecting, and contract negotiation, and your portfolio will include everything from large A-customers to smaller C-customers. In this role, you will collaborate and maintain ongoing dialogue with the branch manager, customer support, product specialists, and colleagues in both local and central sales organizations.

You are fearless, proactive, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. At the same time, you are structured, plan well, and have the ability to prioritize in an active everyday life. You work independently, take responsibility for your results, and always keep the customer in focus. Your energy and engagement are contagious – both to customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working with customers and sales in Business to Business.
- Experience working in business systems.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Driving license (B).
Meritorious: Higher education in sales and a large network in Helsingborg and surrounding areas.
