As an Account Manager at TicTac Learn, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our medium to large customers in the Nordic market. You will work from our headquarters in Malmö and become part of a close-knit team of experts in digital learning.

Main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the sales of world-leading production tools such as Articulate, Vyond, and Docebo, as well as our own learning platform Skillhabit
• Handle incoming leads who want to know more about our products and services
• Act as the contact person for some of our largest customers and work proactively towards contract renewals
• Proactively reach out to our existing customers to ensure we are supporting them in the best way possible

To thrive in this role, you are self-driven, structured, and have a business mindset with a focus on the customer. If you also enjoy identifying new customers and creating business opportunities, you will fit in exceptionally well with us.

We see that you have:

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, or in HR systems or similar industries.
• Experience in conducting customer meetings and presentations
• Familiarity with working with CRM systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional knowledge of a Nordic language is a big plus.

You have the ability to work strategically with customer relationships – analyzing the customer's business, identifying development potential, and driving long-term business plans to maximize value for both the customer and TicTac.
