Ystad Energi is now looking for a customer administrator for market and business support in Ystad. This is a role for you who likes order and structure, has an easy time with systems, and enjoys being the spider in the web between customers, colleagues, and different parts of the organization. Here you will have a varied, responsible everyday life with many points of contact. You work closely with both people and processes and become an important part of ensuring that things work as they should, both for customers and internally.

As a customer administrator, you will work with business support for several parts of the organization, such as electricity networks, electricity trading, open city networks, street lighting, and district heating. This means a broad and varied role where you handle both administration, customer cases, and tasks related to systems, contracts, and invoicing.

You will be an important link between the customer and the organization and need to enjoy having many balls in the air while keeping track of the details.

Examples of tasks:

You will work with:

• being a point of contact between customers and different parts of the organization

• managing cases in the business system BFUS

• working with master data, relocations, and meter changes

• handling invoicing, meter values, distribution, and other administration

• conducting quality controls and validation

• selling electricity trading agreements

• receiving incoming calls, emails, and visits

The role suits you who appreciate structure, have a good sense of order, and thrive when service and accuracy need to interact. You are also curious and knowledge-seeking, and you like to stay updated on changes in the industry and current regulations.

You are used to working administratively and find it easy to understand systems, routines, and flows. In your role, you feel comfortable in contact with people, communicate professionally, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing quality. To thrive in the role, we believe you are also responsible, solution-oriented, and have a working style characterized by both independence and collaboration.

We would like you to have:

• experience in administrative work in a role with customer contact

• good system skills and ease in working in multiple systems simultaneously

• good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel

• very good Swedish in speech and writing

It is a merit if you have experience from the energy industry or have worked in BFUS or similar business systems.

The position is full-time and based in Ystad. Working hours are daytime from 08:00 to 17:00 with the possibility of flexibility.

The employment is with Ystad Energi Service AB. Benefits include a reduction in working hours of 72 hours per year, 25 days of vacation, wellness twice a week, and a collective agreement within the energy sector.

A background check will be conducted before employment. The role also includes military placement as the organization is critical to society.
