Are you looking for an internship where you can be operational and learn parts of what you are studying?
Then you have come to the right ad and hopefully the right upcoming internship.
You will support our work with recruitment, skills matching, and client dialogues. You will work closely with the team, help capture candidates' and clients' needs for information and dialogue, and contribute to establishing a high quality of delivery. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to learn more about HR and how it can positively impact our clients' operations. If you are the intern who has project management drive and the ability to engage both clients, consultants, and colleagues, we may later become colleagues.
Main Responsibilities
HR & Delivery
- Support the team in HR interim and HR recruitment and follow up on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the consultant journey: onboarding, follow-ups, and offboarding.
- Contribute to order in processes, routines, and digital tools.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks and consultant dialogues.
Systems & Digitalization
- Work with Teamtailor: updating, improving, and ensuring the quality of candidate flows.
- Work with LinkedIn, e.g., posts and research.
HR Community
- Help develop PeopleProvide's HR community to strengthen relationships and learning.
- Coordinate training materials in LMS or other digital tools.
- Assist in planning and executing digital and physical consultant meetings.
Consultant Relationships & Communication
- Help build relationships in PeopleProvide's consultant network and contribute to a positive consultant experience.
- Assist with employer branding through content for social media, events, and simpler campaigns.
Skills and Experience
- Have skills, interest, or engagement in marketing, sales, or HR.
- Have good communication skills and enjoy talking to people – both in writing and verbally.
- Be comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new systems (e.g., HR tools, CRM, Teamtailor, or web solutions).
- Basic interest in customer contact or service sales.
- Interest in employer branding, events, communication, or marketing.

Formal Conditions
Position: Intern PeopleProvide
Scope: Full-time, minimum 8 weeks
Location: (on-site/hybrid, Stockholm, Skåne, or Halland)
Reports to: CEO
Start Date: By agreement
