Job Responsibilities

As a Damage Advisor, you will play a central role in the entire damage process, ensuring that every customer receives professional and smooth service. You will primarily work with damage and warranty cases, providing qualified advice throughout the process. The role includes assessing various types of vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and handling invoicing. You will collaborate closely with the damage team and maintain ongoing dialogue with insurance companies to drive cases forward in the best possible way.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle damage and warranty cases from start to finish
• Provide advice and service to customers during the damage process
• Assess vehicle damage and prepare cost calculations and estimates
• Be responsible for invoicing related to damage cases
• Maintain close collaboration with the damage team and insurance companies
• Ensure that every case is handled efficiently, correctly, and with a customer focus

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with solid vehicle expertise and a few years of experience in the industry. Experience with damage processes is considered a strong asset. You should be accustomed to working with digital systems and preferably have experience with the calculation and planning tools Cabas/Cabplan.

A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
