About the Role
Do you want to own and develop how Fitness24Seven communicates with its members – for real? We are now looking for a Content Specialist (interim position) to join their marketing team in Lund.
This is more than a traditional content role. You will combine creative flair with strategic thinking to create communication that both engages and drives results. You are a skilled writer with a sense of tone and target audience, and you move effortlessly through the digital landscape – from SEO to campaigns and conversion.
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for how Fitness24Seven communicates throughout the entire customer journey – from first contact to loyal member. You will work in a data-driven and structured manner to ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right time.
You will become part of an engaged marketing team where you play a key role in further developing the company's content and content strategy.

In your role as Content Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating copy for campaigns, brand communication, and concepts
• Managing and developing content strategy in digital channels
• Creating and optimizing automated flows (email and SMS)
• Producing content for app, web, digital screens, and other channels
• Writing articles, newsletters, press releases, and web copy
• Working with SEO for Sweden and Norway
• Driving and developing PR and press room activities
• Collaborating closely with other teams such as product, IT, and global marketing
• Supporting the organization with copy and communication

The Content Specialist position is a recruitment starting in May/June and is based at Fitness24Seven's headquarters in Lund. Who are you?
We are looking for someone who loves the entire content process – from idea to finished content. You have experience producing content for various brand and communication concepts and know how to create content that both engages and converts.
You have a natural sense of tone and target audience and can write texts that make people want to become – and remain – members.
As a person, you are creative, self-driven, and structured. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize smartly, and enjoy collaborating with other creatives. You are happy to share your knowledge and contribute energy to the team.
You express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Relevant education in communication, marketing, or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in content, copywriting, or digital communication
• Experience with SEO, CMS (e.g., Umbraco or WordPress), and email tools
• Good understanding of marketing automation and customer journeys
